Coquille River Light
The Coquille River Lighthouse, one of seven lighthouses that my wife and I recently visited along the beautiful coast of Oregon, was first lit in 1896. It guided mariners past dangerous shifting sandbars into the Coquille River and harbor at Bandon. It's no longer in operation but functions well as a subject to paint!
